As a customer you are guaranteed a white glove concierge like experience like no other.You are left intent on building upon the experience by laying the foundation for a life long business relationship with them for all your haulage and logistical needs.Even when there is scope creep; date change, destination change so that the alloted time of the agreed quote will exceed, last minute changes beyond your control and sometimes because of oversight your end....whatever it is, the outcome is always the same. You are reassured that you are a valued client and the last minute changes even though inconvenient, especially when it's 48 hours before will not detract from the standard of excellence you will receive.You end up feeling you are dealing less with a supplier but a friend whose burden is your burden. It's not about the money because the money is actually less than what other companies would charge. The service provided by MTC team is topnotch. They arrived on time and assist with our moving efficiently. The team were so polite and made sure that our stuff is being handled properly. There was no damage to our stuff and the whole process was stress free. Besides that, customer service response to inquiries with flash speeds even though the conversation was all through email. Highly recommend MTC!

The moving of my art work into storage was done smoothly and efficiently. Ronaldo and Derek were professional and took time and care in loading my work into the van using their equipment to make sure nothing was damaged. Serving with the military I have been moving every couple of years for decades. The team from MTC that moved us were one of the best I have had. We had a great experience with MTC removals. Moving a large office into a much smaller one in central London, their team was attentive to our needs, provided great on-site support and we're really responsive to our requests and questions. We were able to fit everything into one of their vans and their team was super quick.We definitely would use them again and would recommend them!
MTC couldn't have made the moving process any easier. Our sale / purchase was tricky, which meant the date kept changing, but they accommodated us without any problems. They moved us on one of the hottest days of the year and their team worked tirelessly and without complaint. They disassembled and reassembled furniture with incredible speed and wrapped and transported valuables like our TV impeccably. They even helped us take the arm off our sofa to get it into the living room. MTC took as much of the stress out of the day as possible and we’re so grateful for everything they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They are amazing!

Ok these guys are the best you will find!! So prompt, reliable, professional, kind, efficient and careful. We have moved a few times in london (like everyone) annd used several different companies and this team really is the best. They handled our artwork and furniture so incredibly well. They were also very kind and working non stop for both days. We were 2 females moving and all the guys made us feel so at ease, super honest when money and Jewllery were left around and anything that was already broken. So much attention to detail and a pleasure to work with, 5 star!
