Moving house is stressful but I couldn’t fault the service MTC provided and the move itself went as smoothly as possible. Communication was easy in the run up and very accommodating, the vans turned up on time and an incredibly efficient and charming team made a big job look easy. We just left them to get on with things and everything made it to the other end in the right places. We’re very happy with the job they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very pleased with the removal service from MTC! They were quick, had the right tools to make moving as efficient and safe as possible. They dismantled some of my furniture too and reassembled it (better than I had put it together tbh). They were careful with my TV and furniture generally, and nothing of mine was broken or jostled too much as they had packed it tightly in the van.
Even their customer service leading up to the booking and removal day was good! Very responsive and communicative.

Can’t rate this company highly enough. They were incredible from start to end, the booking was made super easy via WhatsApp. There was lots of flexibility around dates and on the day, the team arrived punctually and worked non stop to pack, deliver and make drops to three addresses.

We booked with MTc Removals for our move and Carlos (& Soraya) did a good job booking us in and getting the estimate for the truck right. They were patient with my calls as house moves can be a stressful affair indeed.

On the day of the move Derrick and Ronaldo, the team, came half an hour early and got started without any delay. They ensure they packed the furniture well and took care of our boxes. They listened to our instructions and handled the job well.

The pickup and drop both went smoothly and we were happy with their attitude and work ethics. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend MTC removals anytime.

I had a fantastic experience with MTC London Removals.
I recently moved out of my 2 bedroom into a furnished place with most of my things going into storage but some into the new place. Everything arrived where it should be, it all happened within a day and at a good price.

The company was very reliable. They dropped off packing materials exactly when they said they would. They arrived on the day of the move even a bit earlier than anticipated.
They were very professional and solutions oriented. Every move is stressful and filled with unwelcome surprises. But the MTC team helped work through all of them with me (for example, the storage unit being too small and helping me sort a larger one). They did that with a smile in their face and a calm demeanor that really helped on the day!
The team was courteous, careful with my things, extremely hard working (they didn’t even have lunch on moving day when we all realized it would take longer than anticipated ).
The team also helped me find storage and pointed out good deals that were available ahead of the move.
Finally, there was one item which I thought might have got lost somewhere (a small, thin soundbar). Not only did it not get lost but the team remembered exactly where they had put it in the storage unit.

Finding a removal company when moving home is difficult. I am very pleased to have found MTC Removals Company LTD to do this. 2 Vans and 4 people turned up on time. They worked hard and managed to fit everything into the 2 vans. Throughout the loading and unloading process, they were excellent, taking care of the items and avoid making any marks in my new home. They finished the job right on time too. The price is very reasonable and I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a removal company.
